High Speed Internet Access into the future. If you're worried about the stability of
your current provider or you are finishing your disaster recovery plan, CyberLynk can help
you. CyberLynk offers four options for you to consider as a Backup Internet Connection.

Below is some helpful information to help you choose the best Backup Internet Connection for your companies needs.
Each Backup Internet Connection Includes:
- Programming of router at customer's site to complete the interface to CyberLynk.
- Verification of circuit after installation, setup, and programming.
- 'Real-time' reporting of bandwidth usage (via WWW - private URL) - shows traffic inbound and outbound.
- 24x7 monitoring of link to the first router/server at customer's site. Optional monitoring of nodes past first router/server.
- 24x7 emergency technical support. Non-emergency tech support available during normal office hours.
- Primary and Secondary DNS on all of your IP address space.
- IP Addresses as needed. Subnets available in blocks of 2, 6, 14, 30, 62, 126, and 254 IP addresses. (Multiple C blocks available too)
- IP routing as needed.
Testing
Testing is allowed on each of the Backup Internet Connection packages. CyberLynk will allow a certain percentage of acceptable
traffic to perform routine speed/uptime tests of the Backup Connection.
Billing
CyberLynk will invoice you each month for the Backup Connection, if you went over the specified
allowed traffic for testing purposes you will be charged the normal monthly rate of the service
package specified in your contract. Real-time traffic graphs are provided FREE of charge so you
can see the exact amount of traffic being passed.
