Customer Care - Policies
CyberLynk's Acceptable Conduct Policy (the "Policy") for CyberLynk IP Services, including leased line connections, co-location and resellers of IP space, is designed to help protect CyberLynk, CyberLynk's customers and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. CyberLynk IP customers shall not, nor shall they permit or assist others to abuse or fraudulently use CyberLynk IP Services, including but not limited to the following:
Each CyberLynk IP customer is responsible for the activities of its customer base or end-users and, by accepting service from CyberLynk, is agreeing to ensure that its customers abide by this Policy. Complaints about customers or end-users of a CyberLynk IP customer will be forwarded to the CyberLynk IP customer's hostmaster for action. If irresponsible or illegal activity continues, then the CyberLynk IP customer's services may be subject to termination or other action as CyberLynk deems appropriate without notice. As stated in the terms and conditions for CyberLynk IP Services, CyberLynk has the right to terminate the account of an offending customer or take other action as CyberLynk deems appropriate without notice (e.g., address filtering). CyberLynk reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Report Policy violations to abuse@cyberlynk.net
